Do you have skill sets that you could contribute to the village? You can become an active member in the Chatnath Village community by:
- sharing stories with children and mothers
- performing in the cultural center
- giving weaving or other vocational workshops to mothers
- advising teenagers on educational and work opportunities
Do you live in or around Chennai? Become a friend of SOS Chennai, and provide a home atmosphere for children to visit outside of the village!
What can you do?
~Take a family to the movies.
~Visit a local historical site.
~Splash around at one of the local beaches.
~Introduce an SOS family to your home and family over lunch.
As a friend of SOS, you can set your own schedule- once a year, once a month, or even once a week!
